has anyone done a 3400 swap with a auto trans? I'm trying to figure out how to route the exhaust and having no luck. the downpipe would be running right into the trans/cradle

I've seen it done with a 5spd, but the auto gives less room there

I would block off the factory downpipe location and use a custom crossover to drop it into the stock routing. There should be plenty of room over the trans since you've only got one shifter cable.

The first couple exhausts in the exhaust section should still work with an auto.
