I have a 3800. And I sure as heck liked the old 2.8 also.

2.8 does the job adequately for normal driving and is fun. The only engine I didn't care for was my 88 2.5. I have had a 2.8, a 350 Vortech V8, a N*, a turbo N*, and a turbo LS4. All of them are lots of fun in a Fiero. No 3800scs yet, but I would like to go for a ride in one. I'm sure that I would like one but since I already have three aluminum V8 Fieros I don't see that happening.

I've had a 2.5, 2.8 and a 305 ...now I have a 350 V8...also tried a 3800 SC II all were stick..... loved them all but I'm like a Harley owner I prefer the rumble of a V8 motor... but must admit that SC 3.8 was fun to drive too .....
