Feel it? Depends on what you mean by that. In the mental sense, do I feel 42 years old? No not really. I still do the same things I did when I was in my 20's it just hurts more. I still think the same things I did when in my 20's I've just got more experience to back them up. In the physical sense? Yes for the most part. Because of past surgeries and injuries, things hurt alot more. I've got arthritis pretty bad in my neck and it's starting up in my knees and hips. I've got some autoimmune thing going on with the knuckles on my fingers where my body attacks the healthy cells in them and they become very inflammed and painful. My body is wearing out faster than I am, but I still keep plugging along. When I look in the mirror do I say to myself "Who is that old man"? No. For the most part I still look just like I did in my 20's except for the grey/white hairs peppering my ghotee and the beginnings of laugh lines. I've put on 20 lbs since my twenties but 145 lbs or 165 lbs on my frame, I still am skinny. I wore a 32 waist back then I wear a 32 waist still. I haven't put on fat, I've just added some muscle.

Ive got my few aches and pains that are just inevitable. I still do just about anything I did in my 20s/30s. Im still not overweight, everything works. I eat tons of the same junk food and Pepsi. I sleep 3-4 hours a nite as I have for 30 years. I dont need hearing aids or glasses. My doctor says my vitals are good for a 40 year old. My gf is 27. I ride a bike a lot in nice weather...usually several hour trips. I like hiking. Ive got all my hair. I dont smoke or drink. Im 66.

Back in the mid '80s I was dating a woman who had a bright and personable 12 year old son. One day we were just hanging around and he said to me, "Gee ... you look kinda' like Clint Eastwood." I was flattered, especially since the real Clint is a full foot taller than I. The he added, "Yeah ... he has those funny little wrinkles in the corners of his eyes, too."
