Just checked and I have 124 unopened messages in Yahoo and 24 waiting in Gmail. Try to select the important ones and answer them but some may fall through the cracks. Just too much junk mail. I'd say more than 80% go straight to trash without being opened.

Whether or not I answer a PM depends on who sent it, and what they're saying. For example, if someone is trolling, I'll likely not respond (and may put them on ignore). If they're asking something I need to research in order to give a good answer, there may be some delay until I figure out the answer. If you're a noob asking a dumb question, I may or may not answer, depending on what mood I'm in.

So there ya go.

I try and answer every PM, but I am pretty sure some have gone unanswered. I don't get many PM's, especially since I don't own a Fiero anymore.

You'll often see someone suggest in a flame-filled thread... "Take it to PMs".

It's my opinion that people who can't hold a civil discussion in a thread will behave no better in PMs.

I tried to make peace with a long-time adversary here before he got banned. It was hopeless. My last PM to him was...

But more on topic... I always respond to a PM. No one is ever ignored.

Turn up your volume. You won't need to look.

Maybe you've got me confused with your aunt? (She doesn't look anything like me. Not since I shaved my goatee.)

I totally forgot there's a noise, but sometimes I mix it with the facebook noise.
