I used to correct a lot of things. I found it leaked into my personal lives... I corrected people when they said "I'm doing good" and they weren't talking about good deeds. I corrected people for not using adverbs when they should have been (EDIT: Not only referring to "well"

). I tried to be nice about it, and my close friends now all speak
proper. Just kidding--properly.
Now I just let it go. It ain't worth it. It, in this case, means time, effort, thought, and in extreme cases friendship.
It was one of the better decisions I've made in my life. I feel less stressed when I talk to people now. Let's face it--most people can't speak
right correctly. If you get bothered over every little thing, you'll never be happy.
In this case, it's nice to say a quick "Hey, you might wanna watch the grammar a bit on the final draft" but otherwise it may not be fruitful. Those are just some thoughts that I had; take it for what you will.
