I like the song. I REALLY thought it sounded like the Police in parts when I first heard it. Definitely sees a LOT of airtime. Aside from that song, the album isn't very good.

What's the beef with Patrick and fogglethorpe history? What does Hugh have to do with it though?

It was. If you listen to the lyrics (including the sampling) its a statement about technology taking over modern music.

My only beef with Fogglethorpe is the air of "superiority" he often attempts to promote here. Just look at his last post as an example. I didn't think his initial comment in this thread was constructive or warranted. It came out of the blue and was simply "negative". There's already so much of that everywhere. It appeared he was just looking for a reaction. I gave him one.

This is a public message board. I did not violate forum rules. I did not insult anyone. I did not use profanity. I stayed on topic. I disagreed with the premise of this thread by criticizing a song.
