So now, the neighborhood knows his daughter's into sexting (or more).


He just looks silly for destroying his own $$.

She was using her cellphone for naughty crap. He should try to get it into her head that boys are just gonna use her for *** instead, he takes something "forbidden" and makes it even MORE forbidden, by beating his chest and saying "You wanna do that stuff, well, I won't LET You - SEE? *whack*

I cannot see how this will "put her in her place". Ok, he killed her phone. Think she won't find some other way to be sneaky? Staircase in school, bathroom? some other kid's house?
Not that talking to her would stop that sorta behavior.

I agree with destroying the phone but I disagree with the public embarassment.

BTW, what kind of phone was that? I'm surprised it was still in one piece after that kind of beating.
