It's all good. Besides the whole juggalo thing, I believe I was faaaq in the past. I may not like the guy after this thread, but believe you me, I hope the guy makes it. Bumps and bruises make a man. Not the clothes that he wears.

Until tomorrow...

You're a better man than I am, Tony. This guy is an O2 Tango (oxygen thief). He will never amount to anything because he was born a failure. We all know Juggalos are the main contributors in society. This guy is a total drain.

I wasn't around for the Tyler Project, but I know you're the one who kinda set the whole thing in motion. For that, you have my respect.

That is the only reason you would hold my respect. Who are you to say this to another human being? At all? I've had enemies that I knew personally and STILL didn't resort to this kind of talk.

You don't sound like a man who would show kindness to another. You sound like a hate-filled monster.

No, I sound like a person who has laid his life on the line with countless others to give this a$$hole the freedom to be an a$$hole. Freedoms that it sounds like he takes for granted, as he doesn't "support the military". But I'd be willing to bet he likes being able to choose his own path in life, likes having the freedom to work where he wants, and likes the freedom to do what he wants. I never said he should join the military, it isn't for everyone, it was when he said that he doesn't support the military where he became an oxygen thief. I bet he would support them if he were kidnapped by some extremist, about to lose his head.

As he has the right to be a dick, I also have the right to voice my opinion. If he didn't want opinions, he shouldn't have posted this thread for 19,000+ people to read. And since you back him so much, I can only assume you are just like him.

I have read this thread from the start. I have refrained myself from posting because I feared that I would fly off the handle worse than many other posters have in this thread.

You started a thread to “vent”. That’s fine. I can understand that a bit. But, “venting” = whining if you have no desire to listen to other’s advice. Within your first post you basically stated that you really didn’t want maryjane to post any comments? Why? My assumption is that you didn’t want to hear reality. You expected people to 100% agree and side with you. But, you’re young and immature and that’s your thought process. Unfortunately, about 90% of the viewers and posters in this thread are much older and have experienced much of what you are whining about. They posted their advice to you and you wanted to hear none of it. You didn’t post back in the thread for a many days. I guess is that you realized you dug yourself a hole decided to stop digging and maybe let the thread die. That was probably a smart choice. Then, you decide to “fight” back. That probably wasn’t a wise choice as you were fighting some good, sound advice.

I don’t give two rat’s petoots or a squirrel’s left nut if you have no desire to join the military. (In fact, after seeing some of your views and comments I would not want you in the service. That’s just an opinion from someone who has 24 years of service and has seen all kinds join.) People here were just trying to give you a viable path to solve some of your issues you “vented” about. The military is a great option for anyone to consider. It provides a very nice stable income, some good job skills and experience, great life skills and educational benefits that are really second to none for most people. No one said that you should spend the rest of your life in the military and until you try a hitch in the military, you don’t know if you’d like it or not. I joined the Army Reserve to pay for college. 3 years later, I decided to give it a try full-time. That was 21 years ago.

In the end, you disrespected a lot of people by totally disregarding and trashing their advice about this path in life. You’ve basically disregarded and trashed everyone’s advice given in this thread. If you didn’t want advice… WHY THE HELL DID YOU POST? ONCE AGAIN, VENTING = WHINING IF YOU DON’T WANT TO LISTEN TO ANYONE’S ADVICE.

My opinion is that your life is about as screwed up as a football bat and your thoughts and plans to unscrew your situation are flawed and not real viable. People on here were just trying to help you see your flawed thought process and you have disregarded their help. With that, I have no advice to offer you.

In the future, perhaps you should not “vent” to this forum audience. You don't want to hear our comments and we don't want to hear you whine.

You do have the right to voice your opinion. This IS a public forum and that's okay. You just don't sound like the guy I expected you to sound like. Which is fine, you don't have to please me, at least you're being yourself.

Yeah, I'm backing him up, because there is so much hate being flung his way and he's just standing there along taking it. You can assume we are alike, but you're way off base. I don't need to prove myself to you though, just like you don't need to prove yourself to me.

I said I was getting out of this thread and then I kept commenting. I really am getting out now. Hulki if you do wish to PM me go for it. If you don't really care, that's fine too. I do have respect for you just from what I've heard, and we can leave it at that.

Good luck Sean, I hope everything turns out well for you. It would be wise to accept some advice here and not give so many excuses. But don't pay attention to the hate. They don't know you.

Kinda thinking about chugging whats left of the Skyy in my room that my cousin gave me and the 12 bottles of Mike's cranberry my ex brought over. not for any other reason other than frustration. im not a drinker, i dont enjoy being drunk either.

in summary, if my dad had simply taken a McJob, i would have ramsespride's 86, my dad wouldnt owe me $900, my own apartment and electricity and food and cable and etc, a fulltime job, and wouldnt have to deal with my dads BSing around (and all the benefits that come along with the above mentioned things). that is all it would have taken. a simple shi**y job he was too proud to take, so he lived off unemployment for over a year, would have prevented all this. and id be happy, and far more pleasant to be around.

sorry its written really bad, ive had a tad bit of alcohol and it has odd effects on me...namely, no matter the amount, small or large, it makes me VERY "frisky" and tired. and im in the process of winning over a girl ive wanted back at my side for 2 years (which would be easier if---well, just read the above paragraphs lol). so im a tad distracted

maryjane, dont fu** this thread up as well. dont care what your intentions are, i dont need you pissing me off as well. didnt wanna call you out, but didnt have much choice.

It seems as if you know what you are doing. Remember, that which is said on the net, may be used against you in the court of law.

Interesting thread, and virtual birth control for me personally. I had never heard of a juggalo before and googled it to discover some amusing explanations on urban dictionary.

http://www.urbandictionary....ine.php?term=juggalo

Number four of 197:

"Confused individuals that are a product of the break down of the white middle class/lower class family, hero worship, and the emasculatory expectations of society. Usually characterized as indolent, witless, overly self-glorifying, and speak a lot of sh!t about anyone but are never concerned about backing it up because they won't. All these traits are an attempt for a cohesive group structure that accepts them and will tolerate their unfounded angst/effeminate banter or actions. A purely American occurance that is a scourge on par with Chavs and Wiggers."

I added a + for Tony to negate the one from BDub. Principle.

More thoughts after reading that thread.

1. No one cares about your sob story and no one wants to listen to it. Keep it to yourself. Find some other means of catharsis and use it to give you strength rather than whining about how it makes you weak to anyone you think will listen. This is a car forum, not your personal therapy session.

2. Your taste in music is not your identity, and it does not make you special. I hate to be the one to break it to you, but like Santa Claus we all have to find out sometime: that juggalo image you've been sucked into is not reality, it is all artificial to sell CDs, T-shirts, clown makeup and whatever other crap is interleaved between videos. That sh!t is for children and you aren't a child anymore. Find your own identity by figuring out what you do well and making yourself a success through that.

3. Ignore the advice of your elders at your peril.

This was like a train wreck. I started to read it and couldn't stop. Not that this is any of my business, but I will insert a little estrogen into the conversation. First, I haven't heard you talk about your mom... only your dad... so I am assuming she isn't part of the picture very much. If I may be so bold I will step into mom mode here for a minute.

First, we all have stories. I grew up in an abusive alcoholic family, we didn't have a lot of money, I lived in a safe house with my mom and sisters because we were in fear for our lives, I was 18 and had an unplanned pregnancy, I have experienced an unexpected job loss a couple of times, and of course the worst my 18-year-old son died of cancer, yada yada. My point is we all have things that happen in our lives that suck, some things suck more than others. Life is not about the bad things that happen to us, it is about what we do when those bad things happen. No one ever said we were entitled to a trouble free life and those who come out the other side of adversity have a lot of backbone to show for it. You don't have to join the military to be a man, but you do have to take ownership of yourself, what you do, and what you say. The single most important lesson I hope I have taught my children is the things you do and say are your responsibility. I don't want to hear it was someone else's fault. It seems more and more people feel like they have the right to blame their bad behavior on the circumstance they are in. If your dad is taking advantage of you, by you staying there you are enabling him. I'm sure you love him and your heart is in the right place of wanting to help him, but helping someone who refuses to help himself isn't helping anyone - believe me been there, lived that. The first step is always the hardest but I promise they get easier from there. You are young - or so it would seem - and so coming from experience with my own son - I know its easy to think you know everything and taking advice from older folks seems silly b/c what could they know? You get your hackles up and come out swinging. A good piece of advice for all of us would be think twice, speak once.

Juggalo? had no idea what this was until I googled it. I think I might be scared of them

No, John is big into not hiding behind the internet, if he comes back he would resume his old screen name.

Also, I don't think they seem at all similar. Specifically an obvious age difference.

No, he is one of the first people I met on here though. I hope I have the opportunity to meet him for some Fiero plans after college. He extended the hand but since he doesn't post anymore I'll have to get a hold of him through other means I suppose. Really awesome guy from what I saw.

Is there something I'm missing here? I always try to keep things mature and respectful and have received PM's in the past about posts and have altered future posts accordingly. If there are any problems I am 100% open to a PM just telling me what's up. Even if it's not constructive I just want to know if there is anything I said to offend either of you.

"Is there something I'm missing here? "

Not in the context of InTheLead's post. JStricker has been around a long time--in both OT and GFC.

You are in college--JStricker has offspring older than you.

I just noticed he wasn't posting for a while now I had no idea if it might be him for whatever reason I thought a few of the posts were similar, which I'm obviously wrong about. I don't know ages or any of you guys on the forums personally.. I certainly wasn't trying to offend anyone.

I just remember a John Stricker posting quite a bit, the times I would read off topic I liked a lot of his posts. I hadn't seen his username in a long tome so I thought he possibly switched names. I didn't mean he was hiding or anything of the sort.

So please ignore my post.

Yes, I did know that. I just assumed you were making an attack at me. Sorry about that. Carry on

Nobody is offended. At least I don't think so. Personally, I'm flattered. Thank you for the compliment.

Not me either--InTheLeads question just struck me funny--knowing John as I do. He would not have posted in the same style BDub does. He's very precise, meticulous, but to the point.

I know Stricker...he and I have met many times. I just crewed for him last month for the Lemons race here. He IS "a really awesome guy" when you get to know him. And Don is right...if he came back, he wouldn't change usernames. And...he IS precise, meticulous, and to the point. He also is extremely intelligent, and usually DOES know what he's talking about.

From what I understand, John is racing this weekend here in Hastings as well. If I manage to get down there in the morning, I hopefully will get the chance to meet him. We've butted heads a few (dozen) times here, but for the most part he seems like an awesome guy who I'd be delighted to meet.

*sigh*.... 1: nobody understands obviously... as i said, before i would post things like this in a blog, that only one person read, and they NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER commented on anything. EVER. i have no need for reassurance or a pat on the back for anything, or for anyone to say "itll be all right..." ive NEVER had that with my family or friends, i have no desire or need for it now. writing a "diary" doesnt help me. when i post things in public, its almost a way to pass it on. i know it doesnt go anywhere, but its away from me.
2: go tell that to anyone who is any part of a religion.

You should get your priorities together, i.e. Saving money to go to some ICP concert? How about saving that money to get a good running car or a safety deposit for an apartment.

The only one holding you back from getting out to a better life is yourself.

when i was going to go to the Gathering, moving out was planned for months after that, and i HAD a running car. shortly before that thread, i HAD the money for a deposit, not to mention that a week before the concert, i was actually going to sign a lease for an apartment. but i decided i would be nice and wait, so my buddy could live with us instead of having to be miserable with his father till he saved up enough to get a place by himself.

and just because i now have a TOTALLY different view of damn near all of you (except MJ...i still dont like him but he is for the most part very respectful, and seemingly deserving of the respect other people give him. the rest of you veterans, seem to think "I SERVED MY COUNTRY, YOU OWE ME EVERYTHIGN AND I HAVE NO REASON TO BE RESPECTFUL TO THER PEOPLE!!!! ROAR!"), i feel its safe to say... think of me, and many in my generation, like this...YOU fought for our right to be free and to f*** up and mooch and all the things you think i do and want to do.....well, we are making it so YOU didnt waste your time.

I also do not erase my posts, so feel free to look it up. If you have a question about my standings on race, you do the leg work. My words do not get erased.

And judging on the icp thing is easy for me. My Mother was harrassed by them at their high school. The place that my Mother worked at for twenty plus years. Let's just say that the harrassment suddenly stopped when they were visited by my family. I definately have a strong opinion on the followers of them.

thebdub.....

Thanks man. Give me a ring after your Mom gets hit in the face by an icp member. Now, some loser calls me racist. Then you neg me. My life is now ruined forever.

wtf is the "D"? and i never said you were racist....you seem to need to work on your reading comprehension....

also, on the you judging Juggalos....frankly, you're a retard. I was mugged by four black guys. i had a knife to my throat from two mexicans. I know TONS of people who have been mugged/robbed by black people. i have FAR more reason to hate black people than you do to hate Juggalos. but i dont hate blacks or mexicans. why? because im not a retard who thinks a small sample of people can ever represent the whole.

I don't have anything against the other guy, he is just a dumb "kid" and Stricker is a rather intelligent and articulate adult. I don't fault the other guy, I am too... I think I met John once at a Ruckus when I was a "dumber kid". He had a F-Body dash swap I think. Any who, doesn't matter, they don't strike me the same at all.

Couple things I want clarified. Did he say his name was given by a step relative and meant to be read as F"soft a" Q? That sounds like eff you... If that is the case, you really are an idiot.
During the Juggalo thread you never said what the "true Jaggalos" ideals were. You only said treating other Jaggalos like family, yet you stated you wanted to punch many "poser" Jaggalos in the head when you met them. It strikes me specifically as odd, I was taught to treat people with respect. Especially strangers.
theBDub, you should really consider who you stick up for. I cannot recall if both of you said it or not, but you apparently don't know each other THAT well. Me personally, my name means something to people whom would ask my opinion. I don't put my name on people I don't really know. Where I come from, your name and handshake still have a lot of meaning.
Next Fag. You are an idiot. Just a random attack. I am only allowed to give you one negative and I thought you were stupid as **** months ago, so I can't do anything to get you banned from here. I could do without your asinine post though.
The mother woman, you kick ass. I wish I had a mother like you. I don't think Darlene has posted, if she did I missed it. Must not have been profound She usually kicks ass though and I hope she blast this clown. ICP pun absolutely intended.
The father types on the forum, I can think of a few, but I specifically think Cooter, MJ, FieroFanaticus2 (don't think he is anywhere close to old enough though) and Twofatguys are people I could be proud to call fathers. I think you should all chime in and rail this guy harder. As much as I think he is a dipshit, I think he could actually do something with himself with some proper guidance.
Fag, you haven't had it nearly as bad as you think. Tons of people in the world don't even have running water. I still won't be getting into a poverty pissing contest. I can assure you, it will make me look EXTREMELY bad and I have a lot of things me and my family aren't proud of. To try and put it into perspective, I actually have less appreciation for a lot of the things I have worked hard to get, because I've had so little before.

Bottom line is your life is your own fault. You are at least 19 years old. Grow a backbone. Do the right thing. You "venting online" is pissing and moaning about your pathetic existence you call a life. It IS the same as complaining. We aren't your damn psychiatrist, we aren't on your payroll. We don't have to agree with you. You are a stupid, mixed up, lazy, punk ass kid. Stop blaming other people because you suck at life. We are a group of guys who are Fiero enthusiast. Most here are honest to a fault, take your little boy bullshit problems and man up or continue posting about them here and expect to get railed. Also, maybe work on mastering the English language, or at least try not to suck so bad at it... I am pretty sure it is the only language you can speak, maybe take an interest?

Sorry about the earlier post. Being a man(like many that posted), I try to fix things when someone complains. I would not send you to the military, it is just one of many options that allow a person to make drastic changes in their life, and sometimes for the better. When you get a bit further thew life, you might agree with me that ex-military guys are some of the most standup guy that you meet. The ones that are not standup guys are trash that you can figure out in a couple minutes(Al Gore).

Yea, life is tuff, too bad about Dad. I hope things get better.

So, did you look into Job Corps at all, or were you too busy arguing with people whose minds you cannot change? That part makes no sense to me.

Here is another life skills tip: get a journal. I definately understand that writing helps purge the soul of discomfort. But it is clear that you aren't looking to others to provide you the answers to your problems, you may just feel the need to distill your thoughts and see them presented in written form. A journal would be a great outlet where you would have more control over who looks at it.

Sound advice. I kept a journal for awhile and it was awesome. Unfortunately, after losing it for about 2 months, I couldn't get back into it. But it's a great tool to vent, as you stated was the object of this thread.
