It varies from state to state. Ohio age of concent is 16, no matter the partners age as long as the 16 yo admits concent. Mississippi is I think 12 or 13 still, but partner has to be under 21. Some states say 18 is age of concent. Some are even 21. Personally, I cant see doing anything with anyone under 18 for any reason, there not in any way mature...mentally or physically.
