Well if you enjoyed those you will probably like this one. It's made off of D-12's Purple Pills. I think it's the best one they've made and the video itself is pretty neat to watch. It has Nyhm, Decision, Abomination, Gigi and Dominian providing the vocals if I remember right.
My offer still stands for anyone who thinks they might want to try the EQemulator.

Can someone do me a favor and burn the install file for D&D Online to DVD and send it? I started installing it on the Vaio with the Turbine downloader, but it runs slow as crap on that system. I want to install it on my HP laptop that has better ram and a 64bit Athlon, but can't seem to get the installers to work on here for some reason
I keep getting runtime errors when I try to open the Turbine installer and no internet connectivity warnings when I try to install the standard and high res installers on this system
I'd gladly pay for shipping, etc if someone can mail me a DVD with the files...
Edit: Nevermind. Stupid Norton Internet Security I disabled it through msconfig when i first got this computer, but the damn thing overthrows those settings somehow. Disabled all Symantec/Norton services, as well as everything related to it in the startup tab.
Bastardo is gone now though
Edit 2: Looks like I'm still in need of a copy on disc Still can't get Turbine to work (runtime error at -1,0) and when I use the regular install for the standard or high res, Pando won't connect Stupid technology!!!

Not sure on your specific runtime error, but after disabling norton and making sure all associated things are disabled, try downloading the installer again fresh. also make sure you're up to date on .net framework 1.1

That is the 1st time I have seen that video. It was rely good! I could understand how someone who has never played WoW would look at that as nonsense jargon but It was rely good.
Is there a way to upload a approx. 4 gig file others can download? Is there a e-mail server that can have a 4 gig attachment? I have a friend insterested in trying the EQEmu and I want to get my install to him. I have it burned to a DVD now, but was just wondering if I could get it to him another way aside from snail mail.

I just got into DDO a few weeks ago, coming from a traditional D&D background, it's not bad for reconnecting with friends I used to play with that have since moved across the country... I'm currently looking to start a character, let me know what server, as long as it's not thelanis, and what your character name and class is and I'll make a new character to quest with..

I've been playing on the EQ emulated servers as said before and still do. Recently though, it was mentioned to me that there are WoW emulated servers aswell. So my wife and I started searching them out. We found a site that lists emulated servers for a bunch of different games. All the ones I've tried have been free so far, although you can make donations if you want. I haven't tried any that I didn't have the software for already so some of them may require the purchase of the base games software.
Anyways, you can cruise through and check some of the different games the emulated servers are available for and try to get one set up if you want. The list is at http://www.xtremetop100.com . I've played on the EQ, WoW and Lineage 2 emulated servers now. It's really kind of neat playing on custom servers. Plus, the no monthly billing cycle kinda seals the deal for me.
I used to play Everquest, only got to level 65 though I started playing Everquest 2, got to level 55 but i strted playing late, a couple years after it was introduced and there were only high level people playing
my friend keeps trying to get me to play WoW
I played Aion for a while, got 4 characters to level 40 but i hate pvp
i want to play everquest 2 again, im going to go get myself a prepaid card tomorrow
i sold my aion account today for 150 bucks
anyone playing everquest 2?

well just my $.02 but I have played quite a few mmos. Like several of the others I am currently playing DDO (mainly cause its free) while I keep an eye on the development of the new Star Wars the Old Republic mmo. swtor.com Here's hoping it doesn't suck as bad as galaxies did!
------------------ ------------------------------------------------------- First car love - Fiero 86 SE 2.8 - RIP Next Car love - The Chuck'n Fiero - soon to be work in progress
i agree on the cartoonish nature of WoW not that im looking for that much realism in a fantasy based game but i like my elves to look more like elves than an anime character
i stopped playing Aion because I did not really like any of the cloth armor for my mage types, it looked kinda ridiculous in my opinion, same for the leather armor only chain and plate looked any good there also was not enough content it was all geared towards PVP and forts not enough PvE content for my taste i might buy another account after they get to 2.0, i will play my friends til i make a decision probably til then im going to go activate my Everquest 2 account, maybe today... im on the najena server
ROFL that was my exact reaction as well lol Evony Online Blows! its actually a pretty boring game its like civilization meets the farm app from facebook
I was HUGE into WoW for like 6 months, but it was unhealthy. I stopped playing "as much" and that quickly turned into just not playing anymore. I got my brother addicted, he plays 4 hours a day every day. He would play more if my parents didn't control it. They tell him 1 hour a day but he sneaks in more. It's ridiculous.
I might play Old Republic when it comes out. It looks sick.
I played a little WoW for a couple months. It isn't very challenging at all.. it's a game oriented toward taking your money with thousands of worthless time consuming, yet simple achievements to get you logged in on a daily basis. It really is ridiculous the amount of money and time people waste on such a boring poor graphics game that isn't even remotely rewarding.

Rallaster, Look for me on the Khyber server. I'm usually playing my fighter, name is Xerces Belial Blackthorne. Currently I'm in Stormreach Harbor. Trying to clear the Kobolds out of the waterway Need a party, specifically a rogue and a cleric Gotta have a healer and a trap tester lol
Send me a pm, we can work out a time when we can both play and maybe party together

What level is your fighter? If you're looking to create a another character, I'm an officer in a guild on Thelanis that needs fighters. LOL http://python.guildlaunch.com/ is our off DDO website/forum. On the first page left bar towards the bottom is our guild summary. Now, this only shows members of the forum, which is separate from DDO and not all of our guild members are on the forum, but it is pretty indicative of the guild makeup. I have 2 characters on Thelanis, a lvl 7 cleric, Ethynruul and a level 2 fighter, Godofchaos.
It's too bad I don't have a VIP account, I've got some armor that would be kick ass for a low level fighter too. But I would need to have a VIP account so I could send stuff 'cross server...

Not a problem. I'll PM you with some of my contact info and we can set a time to get online and kick some ass.
I recently almost completley quit playing WoW. I have been playing since the start. Lots of expereince and time put into that game. I left it when my guild was 9/12 ICC 25M HM. My priest was my main char with my DK-Tank being a better than most mains geared alt. I moved back to console games. Now that I have a lot of free time I'm looking for a 2nd job for more money!
