I don't own a dirt bike, and my wife knows not to leave stuff on the stove.

I'm really trying to move on......

Staying out of the thread would probably help. If you're not reading it, you won't feel compelled to reply.

You know, I'm getting kind of tired of you telling me what to do...

50k Aint squat today, it would be nice but it would go fast. I'd probably just pee it away, make donations, support local entrepreneurs, etc.

Oh, I've had bad things happen to me. This was a result of a semi driver not paying attention at a construction site, while all other traffic was stopped. Witnesses said he never hit the brakes at 60mph. I was at the rear of the line, until he showed up.

Pushed me into the car in front of me, which in turn was pushed into the oncomming traffic. That car was broad sided, and the lady died a few weeks later. My car ended up over 900 feet down the highway. I was lucky and survived.

And let me guess. Everyone agreed that they should have been paying better attention to what they were doing, shook hands, and walked away?

Look, you've made your opinion well known - so that's been covered. You've said yourself you're trying to get out of this thread. Wouldn't avoiding the thread altogether seem to be the obvious choice?

Everytime you come into this thread, you're looking for a reason to reply to something. The internet being what it is, you can't expect the entire world to stop replying to anything you post - you have to control yourself. No one else can do that for you.

Is that so hard to understand?

I'm confused now. Do I answer your question, so as not to be rude, or just ignore it? You posted this, counting on a response, right, as the others did. If you thought I should not come back to this thread, then why did you post a response. Talking out of both sides of your mouth now, aren't we?

I'm not the one who claims to be trying to leave the thread. Stop worrying about what I post and control your own actions. If you had stayed out of the thread, you'd never see my post and not feel compelled to reply.

Do I truly hold such control over you that you simply MUST reply to my post? I guess we'll find out.

I can only guess, that you are serious with this question. It was a matter, where the guy at fault, payed for his actions. Funny thing is, his lawers, went after the construction company, for having the road congested. Once again, one not wanting to admit his own fault. He literaly plowing into me, and others, on a clear day, on a straight stretch of road, with signs marking the construction area,.....His words, "I didn't see them"

I guess it is hard for people to see, some one elses fault, their dime, your own fault, your dime. Most don't get it, it seems, and probably never will.

Ok, I'm done here. Expect no more from me in this thread.
Your welcome.

Ohhhh........Okay.......Gotcha........So a known unrepaired pothole by the company = their fault = their dime. THAT MUST BE WHY STIMPY WILL BE AWARDED SOME MONEY! Glad we cleared that one up. And we only had to beat the horse 4-5 times after the horse was dead.

Nice on the espresso stand, although I'd proboably be getting high on my own supply. I'd love to get one of those Photomat style drive up coffee huts that sits in the parking lot. There's one in town that just does monster business.

So what finally happened with this? What did you get for a final judgment and what did you decide to do with the money or is it still going on?
