I'd have to side with your Mom. even though it has rained, there's not enough pressure there to rinse off all the grime and micro particles that tend to stick to your car. Go appologize to your Mom and let her know that you were wrong. Use this as an opportunity to practice your communication skills in the future. Oh, BTW, you need to work on your communication skills.
