heh.. i was gonnna say.. But actually, i did vote conservative.. But only because they seemed like the lesser evil.. When I look back in retrospect, I realize I only voted for them because of their gun registry views, and because of their business views. I whole heartedly disagree with their same sex marriage views and pro-life views, but I realize those are supreme court issues, so technically, were non-issues. Frankly, they all suck. I should create a party with my views. Frankly, I actually think they would win.

I'm registered to vote as an independent. i dont get to vote in the primaries, which is ok. i am "liberal" on some issues(life/abortion, separation of church/state, EEO), and "conservative" on others(gun control, strong military, affirmative action). i will not discard my leanings one way to buy into a party that supports only the other half.
i can't speak for other independents, who may be opposite me on specific issues, or may be out on one end of the spectrum or another. that's what makes us independent.
That makes plenty of sense. I can certainly see why individuals may register as independents. It was more the notion of a liberal party, and what it really stood for, that gets a little hairy. I am registered a democrat, but like you I find myself conservative on sime issues, while liberal on others. The problem with a party that is part conservative and part liberal is that its hard to tell where it stands. An individual can stand up and say exactly where he stands (as you did) but a party made up of many people is not going to be in total agreement on all issues. At that point, its starting to sound like the existing parties, southern conservative dems, vs moderate dems, vs liberal dems and so forth.
PS, sorry for the thread hijack, but we got off on a bit of a tangent!

We are supposed to be a Fiero community. always bashing each other and fighting all the time is to a newbie and a veteran of this wondeful place disheartning. Its the reason a lot of neighbors have since moved to another area ( hondas, rx7s, eclipses, etc) and will never come back. We're supposed to be supportive and helpful no matter how much flys around here. Kinda like the drunk uncle that means well, you just put up with em. I understand people cross the line and that should be punishable. Thats why we have the ratings system. Yes the ratings system gets abused I will admit it, but as a fiero owner you have a duty to the Fiero community not to act that way. Its bad enough the outside world has a bad view of the Fiero as it is. Do we want to further the bad press and stereotypes by being fighting, bickering, inconsiderate owners of a car that catches "fire" ?
Im not a well known member. I dont have cool mods that everyone drools over, or kisses my a$$ because of it. I am Fiero lover, owner, and supporter. We are a special group of enthusiests and we need to remember that the next time you want to start a fight. Our community is a reflection of the car. The way we act affects the car. Think about it. How many jokes have we all seen with the rice comments. That guy has a APC sticker a Nopi sticker, etc thats good for about 10HP LOL. He has a GIANT wing so hes super FAST. Because thats how most ricers act, not all of em, but most of em. Remember how society thinks, majority rulz. Think of the other way around. One person wants to get a Fiero, and the friend who was on here saw all the negativity says Nah dont get one of those things, most of the people who own em are a$$holes and only care about fighting and trying to prove people wrong. You get the idea, Im not saying thats the way it is. There are too many great members on here to let that happen. Just something to think about next time you want to start to flame someone.

You know, you've been shown over and over how your puffing yourself up to look cool has come back to bite you, but again, you still want people to prove you were wrong. It's been done many times, and I don't need to do again what quite a few others have done for you. Just to give you the latest one, you accused me of posting that when I said I wanted your car to burn to the ground, I wanted your kid in it. That's what prompted me to post in the last thread. Well, that lie was exposed and you said nothing.
You didn't learn your lesson, and you still won't. You whine and complain that you are mistreated, insulted, and generally are harassed. Where have I told less than the truth? It seems that others have the same problem with you, but you just backtrack at times, and just ignore at other times. When called on your actions, you cannot come clean, and that's the problem. You lie, get caught, and just hope that no one will push you on it. As for other users, they don't attract the attention that you do by messing up other threads like you do with all the pictures.
By the way, if you think that I'm just following you around and messing up your threads just for the fun of it, why haven't I posted anything in Tarrah's new car thread? Hmmm??

Everyone has a red button called "Self Destruction" and it's kept under lock and key and is a tightly guarded secret from the entire world. Thing is I really don't know where it's at but what I do is very clever.
I don't push the button, All I do is say there is a button and the person I am addresing in an attempt to deny they have a red button then proves they do by pushing it for me. Now granted I do get a tad dirty when I do that BUT I can come clean eventually.
It's very comical in a sad sort of way because I view it like a crazy man trying to rob a bank with a water pistol pointed at his head Screaming something like " IF you don't give it up I will be forced to pull the trigger and you will get all wet so comply with my demands or you will be sorry!!"
I can't help but laugh my ass off sometimes when I look at them like they had six heads then say "Oh yeah!.... Well I'm a stark raving maniac and if you shoot me I'll tell my daddy on you because my daddy is bigger than your daddy and can beat you up. So go ahead an pull the trigger because fortunatly I still have 5 more heads up my ass."
