Good to hear you made it without incident Madmark!
Ok so I've never shown my car- let alone driven 250 miles and then shown it haha. So, what should I pick up tomorrow so I can give it a quick cleaning?
Also just another heads up that I'll have a couple stock fiero parts that anyone can have free, if you have the trunk space and want it- take it! I don't want to throw good condition parts out. I'll bring the mod/resto parts I have in storage to sell too.
Very excited!!!
dont worry about the cleaning stuff. you can use mine at the show. its gonna be nice tomorow. weather says high of 79

Looks like a chance of rain in the morning but clear the rest of the day! Car's washed, camera's charged, gave the car a once-over mech. inspection...Should be ready to cruise!
Tom, I'll have the money for the clutch MC, and Greg, I got the OpusX in my travel humidor!

Sounds good man! I'm about to start detailing her so I will pack the parts in later.
FYI- If anyone needs/ wants red 87 coupe quarters in great shape and/or a maroon 87GT pass fender in good condition with no belt trim/ GFX for free- speak now cause I'm too lazy to attempt stuffing it in the car if no one wants them. No cracks, just dirt if anything and maybe a tiny nick or 2- paint perfect otherwise on everything.

Carol and I had a wonderful time today and tonight. Thank you's to Dave & Joey at BMWGURU for the hospitality at your shop. And thank you's to Rich & Meg for their hospitality and the burgers/brats. We have had a wonderful time so far and are really looking forward to the run tomorrow.
Driving in PA is sooooooo different than driving in mid-michigan. My cell phone gps is taking us almost excusively on back roads. Windy twisty back roads. My TLG HID head lights are a real plus here.
Someday when you guys get the chance we would love to return the hospitality.

I had a great time! The vr6 Fiero was built for roads that we drove on today. There were a few butt pucker moments when we hit the turns a little too hot, but I definitely had a great day. post some pics up everyone! Dave
Im away today but ill be posting pics and videos later tonight!
Pete, once again, another amazingly well-planned and exciting cruise! The car show was a nice way to end the day and just spend some time bs'ing with everyone.

I survived the trip home. It only rained through four of the five states. I haven't decided if I get wetter with the top on or off...but at least with the top off I know where the water is going to hit me from. We did have beautiful weather for the run, though...both days.

I was following you, so I went in just as hard as you did...I blame you for the extra wear on my tires. Unfortunately, I can only post today's pics tonight....but Sabooo is welcome to post my pics from Saturday if he wants (don't ask, and I won't have to lie about it).
Pete decided we were going too slow, so he passed us...
Random backward pic...difficult to drive around a curve with one hand, smoke a cigar with one hand, and take a pic behind you with the other.
So...what IS the best way to mount a GoPro?
And...a tradition from RFTH, we have to post the most interesting comment heard on the run... Sabooo - "Stop it (bmwguru), my pants are getting tight." I assume he was referring to Dave's habit of revving that VR6...but only they know for sure.
