so just an update, i took the center console off because after seeing all these guesses in hopes of seeing LuckyStrike's guess of a flux capacitor. but to my disappointment it it hooked up to nothing haha. on a side note im kind of tempted to rig a small shocker to it so i can tell everyone that drives with me "i dont know what the button does but dont touch it." human nature of curiosity will more than likely kick in.

i put a push button in the same spot to ground the pins to read codes, i wanted to fill the hole there and while i was the I figured i might aswell
