I got lucky and fixed my IC system and my right headlight is currently working. I hope it pops up for inspection.
Hopefuly, I can get my alignment and AC fixed before Friday and I may just have my baby ready to go.
Just run them up, unplug the motors and then go get it inspected. The motors don't have to move to inspect. Just have to have lights that hit the road.

Have spoken with the managers of Babe's and Nizza Pizza. At Babe's we should be able to sit all fairly together. Nizza Pizza is first come first serve, though they should have enough room to accomodate us, however they have more seats than parking spaces! Overflow parking will be at the 'Anytime Fitness' next door to Nizza Pizza. I will probably just park there anyway to not disrupt their regular patrons.
I have spoken with the Museum in Thurber. I negotiated a rate of $3 admission per person, but you have to pay me in cash before we get there... otherwise we'd spend 20 minutes in a line. I will just pay all admissions in bulk when we get there. Now you may not have any interest in the museum scene... so there are a few other things you can check out nearby. Someone is raising alpaca's right off the highway there... I guess you could try to molest them or something. Just a bit past the smokestack is a boot hill looking cemetery.
Very cool looking and behind the museum is Greystone Castle. Might be some photo ops up there... supposedly gorgeous grounds, views, and an amazing restaurant you can scout out for that special occasion.
I'm still having trouble with the starter, but maybe it will last long enough for this outing as long as I don't use it too much. I'll be there for the start, hopefully I'll also make it to the finish.
See ya'll there. Egor

well it been a couple of days since SF6 and nobody posted any pics (i know i seen several cameras) i'll post what i took on my iPhone. i didn't get any at the starting location cause the pain in my back made me forget.
anyway, here is our first casualty at the lunch stop (Babe's)
after lunch we headed to "Fling the Spring" at the birthplace of Texas Christian University (TCU). our winners, closes to the pin (BoostedSeries1) and distance (Evil88, back-to-back winner). and yes your eyes are not playing tricks on you. you do see a Mustang and a couple of F-Body's in our Spring Fling. Our Fieros numbers are dwindling, so we decided to ask other clubs to participate in our reindeer games. it's really sad that we put on this show and only have 9 Fieros from the local area, hell we have more Fieros show up to our club meeting, WTF! where are all the other DFW area Fiero Owners? What does Blakey have to do? (As the tear rolls down his face like in the commercial as the Native America see's his country being destroy by pollution). We put this event on at the same date and time. I hope to see a lot more local Fiero owners this October at Ruckus. (getting off soapbox...)
our cruise took us the a coal museum in Thurber Tx. the non Fieros owners took off to the restaurant for some cool refreshments and watch AutoMouth get his ass kick (almost).
the remanence of the old coal mine's smokestack
a stop off at the Palo Pinto courthouse (so we could pay our speeding tickets-not) after an exhilarating cruise.
at our dinner stop.
Not SF6 related but a very happy Blakey after stealing his new ride.

If it's like the showing we had at SF I don't expect us to get the sweet spot this year.

Thank you for the reminder Kevin. I have brought the show up at every event.
I will be mailing in two registrations today... 1 for me and 1 for Tom.
That will make 6... I am sure more will trickle in.
Are there any more photos out there for the Fling?... I know Mark took some... post 'em up! especially THAT one...

S10 is that some special version of the Fiero like the Mera or Zimmer Quicksilver
if there was a way i could drive multiple cars at once i would bring my 3 Fieros so that we would have enough entries to get our sweet spot. oh well, guess we'll just have to see who shows up and where we'll be parked.
i might need to bring the canopy and lots of sunscreen just in case.

I got an email from PSN, as I'm sure the other participants did. Anyway I inquired about a Fiero class like last year, yes they will be having two (original and altered) classes as long as enough people participate other wise we will be group with other 80's Pontiacs. Now the campain to promote PSN starts now. Get those registration in so I don't to have carry all the trophies home lol...
Boy that is sad. Emailed her to see how much she wants for it..
Hopefully one of the 4 registrations Mach1 mentioned for AER was mine. Never know if they got it 'cause there is no response. A week ago the check hadn't been cashed.
I almost bought this car when the PO brought it to an NTFC meeting way back when. Bonus, the swap is CARB certified and legal in California, which means it was done right. It won't have any problems with emissions-testing here in Texas. I wonder what she's wanting for it? It's a nice car that just needs some TLC.

The engine/trans was swapped out of that car and put into her car but I'm still sure it would pass Texas emissions. I got an email from her say that she hates seeing the car just sit there and figure someone would provide the TLC it needs. She not desperate to sell just put it out there in case someone wanted to take that challenge. I'd hate to see her have to do this but I understand I hope someone does provide the TLC it needs.

I just saw the ad for Pumpkin Carriage and was wondering if someone up there was going to try to get it. Looks like you guys had fun. I hope to start making most of the Texas events starting at the end of this year. I have missed too many. Mike
