Maybe you said it earlier, but what software do you use for these models? And when do you find time for this!?
I make 3d models all day, but they are for work and are of power plants and oil refinerys so I know how much time goes into a detailed model like this.
Look good btw!

I use google sketchup do to my lakc of training in maya etc...sketchup is just easiest to use imo w/o real training. I use the podium plug in to render. again super easy and quite good. atm i'm not employed...and to boot i have never had a job so getting one is really hard atm. so i work couple hours at a time etc...hardest thing is the rendering time due to my G4 powerbook.
thanks for the compliments. i will model thins for others as well. turn aorund time will very on the dificultness of the projject / the available resources. and ofcourse higher quality useually takes longer
The Lambo front end just has too much overhang, in my opinion... If you shortened it a bit and kept the width (widetrack plans), I think it would be even better - also, you have any plans for the near end? It's chronically forgotten when it comes to customization ideas...
Just me, spitballing.

yes i'll be adjusting the over han in the next version of this, to do that it will require custom finders. w.o the provided overhang the bonnet curves way too much. but it will alsow look much better lowered.
Only problem with that is its already been done so it wouldn't be a concept. I'm also not sure if the creator / his family would appreciate me making a direct copy of them. how ever i may in the future make a model inspired from them so all hope is not lost.
hey no problem...one day ( when i'm beter at modeling ) i do plan to make those in 3d format as a tribute to the creator so he may livve on in both the material and digital world.
Yes i am planning / starting soon. my trans am is my main project atm to get it road legal in such but i want to try and get these done by spring. I still hae to get some final measurements on diff lights etc. but these look the most promising atm.

Heck yah! I can see it. You are getting really good at it and I like the concepts. Hope you are having as much fun with it as I am with PSing? I refer to it as an Artist gone BAD
So I saved a couple of the pictures because they are cool and see all of it without scrolling over. Then could not help myself had to play a little what do you think?
I love it i do! those renders look a lil odd...but im useing a new render program which is giing better results but infinitly more options and setting to play with., hence the reallly funky one...had it smooth the curves too much lol...and i just realised I should have put '' 56k Death '' in title lol

I think that 3d concepts is pretty clear that 56k will be slow. another quicky
newest lambo front and widenend =) hope you all like
Keep this theme going! Would love to see the whole car modified to match that front end. It reminds me of the '90s Fiero prototype with the longer front end look. Oh yeah, would probably have to be a fastback.

I could only imagin the overheating problems that come with that front end with no direct inlet of air through the bumper. I know when i went from the GT front end to the ferrari front end the 1st thing it did was over heat on me. It would hold temp fine with a non functional fan (fan switch rig that has since been fixed) but as soon as that ferrari front end went on. Than came the overheating.
