Got back at midnight......This guy scared the **** out of me. I drive through xxxxxxxxxxx and then all of a sudden i notice no cell coverage. Then we keep going for a while then turn on to some random road. Go down that road for a long time then turn into a gate. The kid opens the gate and we travel into the woods for about 4 miles. We then reach the house. There was a blue bird bus cut in half filled with engines and other scrap metal. There is also cars in bushes everywhere. I get to meet the dad. The dad is drunk off his ass and seemed to have a chemical dependency. This dude was FRIED on something and was questioning who i was and what i wanted. He kept calling me tom. Anyways we find the fiero section. A total of 6. All look like they have not moved in years. We then find the way to the "wide one". It looks to have some home brewed wide body kit that looked damn good. So im all tingley while he opens the decklid. It opens and i could not see any engine but rather a big rat the ran off the top of the engine. I freak out and grab a stick and start poking around for any other live critters under there. I make sure its all clear and start grabbing crap out of the engine bay. At first i thought it was a duke but then got past the valve cover. I got to the bottom of the block and blindly felt for the super duty letters. I knoticed some bumps and got a slight chubby. I then grabbed my lighter and crawled under the car and flicked my bic. And it read in big bold letters. SUPER DUTY. I was jumping with joy on the inside and wanted to act like i hit the lotto. I said "this things is rough man. Hows a 100 bucks cash sound" He said "i need at least 200 out of it (dumbass)" I told him i would think about it for a while and started walking back to my car. He then said he would but me a better deal. The whole rear cradle out of the car for 200. I was like I can swing it in the near future. I also went and looked at the other cars and the supercharged v6 was a 3800 and a 3.4 with a vortec kit. So yea. He also freaked out when i pulled out the camera. I am trying to figure out how to upload pics i took with my phone to photo bucket as we speak.

Not worth the work to pull just the rear cradle out in the middle of nowhere, offer $300 for the whole car.

Don't try to beat the guy down on the price because you think you're smarter/better than him. You are getting it for a steal at his asking price.

Did you have any luck with that? Not that I'm trying to be impatient for pics or anything...
