I don't think I have ever seen this specific topic come up, and its time for some new interesting topics.
Sorry I don't have pics, I will run out in the morning and grab some.
I've got (and this is a throw back to old school growing up) Yellow Fuzzy Dice to match my Yellow 88GT (we bought them on our honeymoon in Vegas), my wifes garter belt from out wedding, and an old style skeleton key that my wife gave me on our first anniversary.
Please if it is daylight go grab some pics. I promise I'll go grab some in the morning.

Nothing...I cant stand anything hanging from my mirror. I remember borrowing my sisters car years back and she had a plastic beaded necklace hanging from the mirror. Every time you went around a turn the necklace slapped you in the face!
Does anyone remember in the 70's when it was popular to hang roach clips with feathers on your mirror? Or..am I dating myself?

Nothing. But back in the day I use to hang feather roach clips and head bands from my charger rear view mirror. My girl friend loved those feathers and would hang them from her ponytail. I would take them from her and hang them in the car.

I've had my own car for the last 34 years and I've never had anything dangling from my rear view mirror. The last thing I want is something swinging back and forth acting as a distraction while I'm driving.
On somewhat the same topic...
I notice a lot of people here in Vancouver (usually Asians) often have a whole lot of stuffed animals sitting on the shelf in front of the rear window (obviously not in Fieros). Maybe I'm just an old grump, but I'd like to see the brakes get jammed on suddenly in one of these vehicles so as to watch the driver get pelted by all those stupid "stuffies" being launched forward.

A parking pass that gets thrown in the glovebox when i drive. I am ocd about visibility clean the windshield all the time rain-x the mirrors and rear window and all the lights. Nothing like being able to and be seen. I also drive with my headlights on most of the time. is that wierd?
My girls' garder and a nautica key floaty for when i go to the lake.
other than that i cant drive a car with over the top crap wrapped around thier mirror. or having a billion keys and key chains hanging from your ignition.
just keep it clean and simple

One of these. It is small and unobtrusive. I normally do not hang anything from my mirror, but this is a well made quality product that adds a nice touch to the interior

I had heard about it being illegal in some states to have something on your mirror, however I honestly did not think it was enforced. Well as promised here is my cluttered view. Maybe I am just use to all the stuff being there so it does not bother me.
Between the stuff on my mirror, my Radar Detector and my GPS/Cell phone mount, I still don't really have a problem seeing. If the law is because hanging items obstruct your vision, wouldn't that also make a GPS stuck to your windshield illegal as well? Having my TomTom it has made my drives into strange areas a non issue.

When I see these retarded looking "dreamcatchers" hanging from other peoples mirrors I like to make like I don't know what they are and I ask "what are those"! When they tell me it's a dreamcatcher I get to say "what...do you sleep in your car"

Compare the blind spot from your radar detector to the one under your mirror. You could hide a truck there coming from your right side...motorcycle even better.

Let's see, First off its a carved stone "Bear" pendant from the Navajo nation. Attached to the neclace are various trinkets like 3 Elk Ivories, My USMC Dog Tags and my Fathers wedding ring. I know, it may sound strange to some but each have signifiagance to me....
Wow, well done you can hide a school bus full of kids behind that stuff! Glad you drive in Canada and not in Va.
