But why? There're "day time driving lights" to which a stock Fiero headlamps door would normally be closed; unless you want your headlamp up all day long?

Yeah, I guess your right if the headlamps are dressed up using the "Angel eyes" system, but you have to admit; while stock headlamps are up...they are hideous. IMO it be better to use two small headlamps with "angel eyes" vs. the big square headlamp. Granted, the headlamps don't look bad using the ones similarly to Yellowstones.

where do you get the two small lamps? i have seen that on a fireo..
I don't know, but I'm sure by using a lower stance bucket opening would greatly modernize and improve the over-all look of the stock headlamp bucket while its in the up position. A bonus would be the angel eyes and no doubt more expensive too.

BMW invented the angel eye, but every aftermarket company copied it for their cars. Dave
I think I've seen them for C6 headlamps too, but I'm not getting them. I'm happy with the C6 headlamps as-is. If I were to do another Norm's flipper I'd use the Audi R8 headlamps and be done with it. Now thats a "tight" system that is hard to copy.

yes they are pretty ugly, I actually purchased a set of fiero1fans twin round head light buckets, I got my harnesses made by orief , and i'll be buying the hella 90mm headlight modules soon so mine will look just like yellowstones

And? I mean, I appreciate the history lesson and all. So wanting poseur headlights are going to make his car a BMW?
ya man, thats how it works. You use vertical doors, now your a lambo. Have stickers for certain parts, and you have em. Use a wing and your a race car. This is how the world works

Ah, I see! Well, I have 'Vette tails, a CRX CAI, 355 style front fascia, 360 style rear fascia, and plan on a N*/Aurora swap and 3000GT/Stealth dash swap. WTF does that make my car?
