the saleen wing as shown is compleatly stock. it just sits and bolts onto on a coupe really well if you're satisfied wth the stock width. if you read the responce from gargoyle, he gives a suggestion on how to try and make it wider. sorry i don't have a recent pic but what he described is about what i did, as best i could. no one will mistake my work for professional. i measured a fiero imsa coupe wing i have (maybe someone will post one here, the only time i posted a pic of it it was way too blurry) and tried to make it about as wide, but it ended up an inch or so wider.

The guy that owns the BIG WING Fiero is a friend of mine that loves that spoiler. He goes to the local Friday night cruise -in with me and you would not believe the amount of people that surround his car. Other than the BIG WING, the car itself is really nice. He bought it a couple of months ago from some person in Wisconsin. It was painted black but as you can see it was repainted red(NOT MY RED ). The interior was re-done to match the red/silver colors. The instrument panel was replaced with a homemade set of round BIG gages. Probably the best thing going for this car is the N* engine connected to a 5 spd.

After a cringe and lots of questions why you'd put something that big on, I'll have to put mine up. Stock wing, moved 2.5 inches back and lowered as far as it could go, I don't like tall wings. I'll get better pics when I get home.

now that last post of the wing that was lowered ..i thing would suit a chop top really well ..cuz since the roof was chopped..so was the wing ..looks good but i wouldn't mind seeing it on a chop top or if anyone with photoshop skills..make it into a chop top
matt
PS. alot of good looking wings..some not really my taste..like that one that comes from under the car lol...thats differet ..lol ..keep on making those cusoms wings though! looking awsome!

I don't think so. My chop top has an effective rear window height of about 4 inches. A wing of any kind back there takes out about half of it unless you get it up at least 5 inches then you can look under it. That makes the raised wing functional and not just for looks.
Ditto. Before I put my wing on raised stands, it ran right thru the middle of my rear-view mirror. Now I have a nice clear shot backwards between the deck and the bottom of the wing.

I'm actually considering installing a Fiero GT spoiler on my Skyline GTR .. you guys are here installing a whole bunch of car spoilers on Fieros... I think the fiero spoiler is one of the meanest and sexiest factory spoiler ever offered.
Now I wonder what a GTR spoiler looks like on a fiero.. If I had a wingless notchback I'd plop one on to see.
