Bonzo, I had seen pics of your car on the North Florida Fieros site (paulcal) and thought it was a really sharp looking car. Did you do your own paint? if so, we need to talk. Jeff

That looks incredible. It's too late for that but if I ever have to take it off I will look in to moving it forward. Could you color in the pads black on your photoshop?
To anyone who would want to try this mod you need a "standard front spoiler" from the fiero warehouse, fiberglass repair kit, rubber bumper repair, bondo, and 1 rubbermaid hamper lid(for support)
Tools Roto zip, dremmel, rivet gun, lots and lots of sand paper, and some elbow grease
Update on the nose. Running out of time for Daytona so I got my little Bro to help out.
My Dad got it painted Saturday.
Got it mounted tonite. Pics aren't that good, if I get a chance I'll take some more. I don't know what happened to that last pic. It almost looks like I don't have a passenger headlight.

No new pics because it hasn't stopped raining here in Jacksonville. The weather guesser said it's supposed to clear up this weekend and be a nice Florida weekend. Just in time for Daytona. I'll be there.
I need a new sig.

It's been awhile since Daytona and I havent had a chance to post any updates on the nose. I've been busy helping my Dad reside the house and build a pool deck. We had a deal, He would help on the car then I would help on the house. It worked out good. I won Best of Show Daily Driver. Here is the latest pic. I hope to get out and take some more pics this weekend.

I have had a few PMs about this nose. I have answered most but I figure it wold be easier if I post it here.
The nose is a fiberglass chin spoiler from the Fiero Warehouse. I riveted the piece to the nose with some rear metal strip backing. I then fiberglassed the back of it for more strength. I then used Rubber Bumper Repair Kit for the front. This stuff does not sand easily. With a littlle bit of Bondo and alot of elbow grease I sanded it smooth. My Dad Primered and had me sand again 3 times until he would put the final coat. Here are a few pics. I wish I had photoed every step.

Great, great work! Thanks for taking the time to share and post photos, you did a nice job on the front end and the car is looking very nice. Keep us updated on any other mods!
Pad nose is my fav. Leave them black and you can actually bump stuff without messing it up. Paint them red and you have a lot more to keep touched up. On my 308 Ferrari kit, I gave it a bit more updated look by painting them body color, more like a 328 look. I did however, cover them with the 3M clear vinyl so they wouldnt ever chip or scratch. Looks great after years of use.

You're right on that. I had a guy back into my car on the last day of school and nothing but a scuff on the pad. A little bit of polishing compound and it's back to new.
Latest pics
Somebody please do a sig for me This one doesn't look like my car anymore.
Thanx for the input. My car is going under the GUN next week. All ideas are welcome. My uncle is a custom painter and is going to paint my car for my Graduation gift. Keep the ideas coming. As of now I'm going to keep the pads black and am going with a darker blood red.

Umm, Not sure if I like the black graphic... (JMO) I think you have one of the best Bumperpadded Fieros on PFF!! You just need to sneak to Tinas and steal her cradle from the "Curse"...
Again, Great Job on the whole Fiero!!

Thanx The graphic is not a decal. It is painted in a metalic black base coat clear coat.
