It's an Aerogear battle series wing. I forget the website I got it from, but it was around $250 shipped to my door. The width is just a little short to match the back of the Fiero, but it still looks good I think. I may even modify it to fit perfectly if I get the nerve.

I've always thought that the notchie with ground effects NEEDED the Spoiler in the rear. Likewise, I think GT fastbacks look better without the wing.
