1. The poster knows way to much about many of our forum members. If it was Greg's grandson, then he must have been on the forum for a long long time. If it was Greg, he must have been monitoring the forum alot recently too, but he says that he hasn't
2. Very few NIFE members have had anything to say about this. I would be interested to know what they think. More than likely this Greg, is known by others in the area. If his grandson is into fieros too, he more than likely he is known by someone in the Chicago area. Or it could be that he doesn't even live in the Chicago area.
3. Greg, did post in the Mall thread about the yellow power steering car purchased by lou. He was on the attack then too. Same type of attitude too!
4. I don't see the link between Greg and fieroparts.com at all. Am I missing something. I have never seen fieroparts go out of his way to start a flame war. He will however defend himself using his username. Why would he use an alias now?

if you're saying it is also this guy, i wouldn't buy from him anyway due to his rating bar.
I don't think it's Tim. I know him personally from going to his shows. (He's not 58 either. Not even close. ) This mystery just gets stranger and stranger ..

Whats wierd though is that his name came up as a possible suspect he has not posted in his defence, just dissapeared :8
It sounds like the person who was Greg is not able to post on their other user names....so that rules out above conspiracy theories.
Actually, Cliff's post mentioned that the other user wasn't banned - but was denied access through the same connection (high speed connections use a "static" IP address, which Cliff can block. but a dial-up connection changes the IP address everytime a new connection is made). So a member using a high speed line on a regular basis could have his access point blocked, but could then switch to dialup and still connect & post!

I'm still not sure if you and that other username are the same person, or if you are simply using that person's computer (because I simply don't care). Either way, you (and the other) are screwed since now both of you can't post.
Still... this whole thing is awfully wierd.

Putting only one space between the end of one sentence and the beginning of another must run in their family...Greg and his grandson seem to have quite a bit in common. :P
-Jeff
edit: Now that I look at it, pretty much everyone types that way. oops!

Yeah, it has recently (as of the late 90s) become grammatically acceptable to only use one space after a period. So that's not really an issue

I always put in 2 spaces when I type. I think the forum edits out the 'additional space. Watch. See? 2 spaces everywhere. But only 1 space shows upon posting. I guess bandwidth adds up, eh Cliff?
Oh, and "Hi" Rob, Darius, and Jen.

LOL!!! i cant believe that someone is dumb enough to do that... i guess he had to have the last word... oh and you can get around the ip problem with Cable by using a HTML Tunnel... you use someones website to search from while inside of a frame... it uses their servers for the IP's and if your really good you can hop around the world and make a REALLY long trip from your computer to the site you wish to look at. btw most of the time its not very legal... so i try to do it as little as possible
