All the info ive seen says its supercharged. I assume you mean adding a 6 spd stick. I dont know why anyone would want a stick. The auto slapstick shift is great. You can select any gear at any time, up or down. Computer wont let it go into any that would result in over revs, so no blown engine, trans or missed shifts. One thing I really like is just locking it into 1st. it will automaticly go to redline each time and shift to the next gear all the way up till it goes into 5th. A 6th gear in the auto would be nice to get better milage, but mines already getting about 27mpg right now and I have a little bit of a lead foot too.
I dont know how different the engines vary between the truck and car versions. Its totally possible that the trucks will be normally asperated with different cams and heads for different job than the sedans.
Id like some posted pics of your conversion punisher...that is if you havent recently broken your digital camera........
I seen a 56 Dodge convertible at the Mopar Nats with a 5.7 Hemi. Guy told me the crate engine was $5500 and another $1500 for the computer to run it.Besides not physicaly possible to get it in the engine bay of the Fiero, the alternator would be about in the middle of the right rear wheel hub just for a starter. It cant be moved because theres no where else on the engine to put it unless you use an electric motor to power it.
