I'm from Macon, but I've been to Dalton, that's pretty country up there. It's good to see some fellow ex-Georgians on the Forum. I don't claim Florida as my state, the people down here don't even know how to vote. But to keep this on topic...here's some more people I listen to while driving. We got any other blues fans on the forum? 1. Stevie Ray Vaughan 2. Buddy Guy 3. B.B. King 4. Robert Cray 5. Allman Brothers, Ramblin' Man is a great driving song...

Let's see: 80's stuff has to be the best for cruising around in my Fiero, right?
Duran Duran- Hungry like a Wolf, The Reflex, View to a Kill G'N'R - Paradise City, Welcome to the Jungle Information Society - Pure Energy (the Spock song!) T'Pau - Heart & Soul Dead or Alive - Spin me Round Tone Loc - Funky Cold Medina & Wild Thing
Okay enought of that.. Ministry, Crystal Method, Blink 182, Prodigy all great stuff.

Just about any 80's music, 2 songs that make it almost imposible to resist downshifting and standing on it are.
Footloose Soundtrack, Holding out for a Hero Days of Thunder Soundtrack, Gimme Some Lovin And I cant remember the song, but it was the theme song from the first Iron Eagle Movie.
I always seem to drive better when I have an upbeat song playing that has a good tempo to it.

5 random Smashing Pumpkins songs. And never under any circumstances should the radio be played in my car, it's far too corporate for my taste. Mike Schaefer http://surf.to/fiero
