I have to many songs that I listen to while driving, so I'll just list the groups.
Most songs by The Offspring(From self-titled up to Conspiracy), most any punk CD(Gob, No Use, NOFX, Vandals, Guttermouth, AFI, etc), Prodigy, some Metallica and most definitely the Marching Song by Gob(Any song with a kazoo and flatulance kicks ass).

Except for Hed PE, I'd have to agree. I have a mix my friend made CD I listen to also.

1.) "Here We Go"-The Freestylers 2.) "Girls and Boys"- Blur 3.) "Legion"- VNV Nation 4.) "Once in a Lifetime"-Wolfshiem 5.) "Megalomaniac"-KMFDM 6.) "Shiney Happy People"-REM 7.) "Fear of Flying"-Vitamin C
I could go on and on with this, but I think I'll stop myself now before I really get out of hand, lol
I'm a very big music fan, there isn't one style i don't like. To prove it, here's a current mix CD i made for myself:
Burning Spear - Burning reggae Louis Armstrong - What A Wonderful World Reggie + The Full Effect - 11 - your boyfriend hates me Hey Mercedes - Bells 11 - 311 - Uncalm 98 Degrees - She's Out of My Life Boys 2 Men Yesterday (Acapella) Rocking Horse Winner - Atmosphere Burning Spear - New Experience 98 Degrees - My Everything 311 - Full Ride american football - Honestly? Missy Elliot - Get Ur Freak On (Duo Maxwell) o town - all or nothing Jimmy Eat World - 09 - Just Watch The Fireworks Travis - Why does it always rain on me? Blink 182 - Man Overboard Refused - Everlasting 02 - 311 - Sick Tight Ludacris - Southern Hospitality (Feat Pha jimmy eat world - 05 - sweetness
Most of you probably won't know a few of those bands, but I suggest you try them out, especially:
Rocking Horse Winner Jimmy Eat World Saves The Day Dashboard Confessional The Anniversary
awesome music.
I also love Techno for fast driving. The Prodigy does this the best with songs like "Smack My ***** Up" and "Break + Enter".
------------------ It's sad, in the 20th Century, in the 1990's, we would have to still go the same bullshit route that artists have to go, to get acceptance. If it wasn't for the independence, if it wasn't for the small little cities, and the few little ghetto guys, trying to make music, it never would have happened. Some of these guys will never make a dime, some of thse guys will be poor and die, alone.
But in the proccess, they've been the true renegades.

Kind of off topic, but I saw that Willa Ford Video on MTV. Anyone think the lambo is a rebodied Fiero? I'm guessing tube framed kit car since I doubt that it's real.

At least one person likes one Jerry Reed song! And a few mentions of Southern rock, which is basically country with attitude.
Well Songman you should see the looks I get when I am in the mood for classical music. People give you rather strange looks driving something like a t-topped Fiero with Beethovens 5th symphony blaring away. It really kicks with a sub I have different tastes depending on my mood, Hard rock, classical, reggae, well most any music depending how I feel. Not a fan of Rap though. Yo and talking to old songs or music revamped just does nothing for me. Oh I also get strange looks if Slim Dusty is playing or Old Blue Eyes.
Rush's chronicles.. Vivaldi's four seasons.. or NIN Pretty hate Machine...
Light over cast, windows down-top off, 65*, mid october (leaves changing), full tank of gas, full bottle and 1/2 full Mtn. Dew... a full one ALWAYS seems to spill...
Ok Songman, I listen to Johnny Cash a lot, can't get much more country than that! And as for Southern rock, I'm from Georgia, so the Allman Brothers are required listening.

Jerry Reed is pretty cool. Eastbound and Down was cool... hell anything from Smokey and the Bandit was cool.

1) Teenage Riot - Sonic Youth 2) One Love - Stone Roses (extended version) 3) Lucretia My Reflection - Sisters of Mercy 4) Reverance - The Jesus and Mary Chain 5) Supersonic - Oasis
...but if I just want to mellow out, then anything by John Hiatt or Dwight Yoakam is fine.
