This is my first post in this thread, and is my last post in this thread. If anyone has a comment to direct towards me, please relay it via e-mail. Here is my opinion. No slander, no flaming, no name calling. Hopefully you all respect it.

We are all pretty much adults here. One major thing that sets us apart from animals is the ability to control our emotions. We're all part of this forum for information, meeting new people with a similar intrest, and such. Not to flame or defame each other.

I personally believe that it would be very prudent to just be adult about everything, and shake hands and let it drop. No one has to like each other, but I'm sure you can all exist peacefully in the same environment.

I don't care if you post my emails to you. They're actually pretty boring. You took it off the forum so you could pass threats on to me in private. I have no secrets, I don't mind going public. There are some people who have emailed me with support, and others with polite disagreement; I will respect their anonymity in exchange for their constructive attitude. The rest of the forum has long since dropped this, what's your problem? Even people that have told me to F.O. when the forum was shut down are emailing to rescind, I swear that you and you alone are the only individual sending me derogatory emails. The bandwagon stopped, get off. You previously said you might come into town at the end of the year. Okie doke folks, I can see the bonfires burning. It's no secret that the general consensus is that Mr. Ed crossed a line. Just for clarity, that line was NOT in disagreeing with Archie. As Jeff (Black88GT) stated, that has happened to most of us who have been on the forum longer then 6 months. No big deal. The line was crossed when he posted a list of people who in Ed's esteem, were providing Archie with oral gratification. It was tacky, spurious, and generally uncalled for. FINE. Let it be.

Once upon a time, I got in a little sparring altercation with a member who had been on longer then I. By it being public, it progressed to getting nastier and nastier. It didn't matter who was right or wrong, just who had seen their name on the forum more. Eventually I lost my cool and crossed the line. Fortunately, there wasn't this witch hunt tempermant then, and I was able to back out gracefully. I hope that people can get the taste of blood out of their mouths and just let it be.

Now, does that make me an admirer of Eds? No, I think he is an egomaniacal control freak who has some issues with his latent sexuality (hence the repetitive references to others imagined deviant behavior), but everyones got their weak points. I'm sure if you folks castinmg stones stick around for another thousand or so posts, you'll piss someone off too. So take a break from throwing stones and polish your glass houses for a change.

See, just when grinthock (who has taken his fair share of shots) steps in to try to put this to rest, some rank oriented jerk-off jumps in. And you think you would make a good moderator? The idea for moderation is to create continuity within the Fiero community by keeping the forum on track. Don't keep referring to my actions, although I feel I have been fully justified to defame who I have (don't we all think we're right). Look at the only actions you have control of, yours. And what do you do, jump in when a situation is winding down and stir the pot. Good job moderator wanna-be.

Who crossed the line with who doesn't matter, it's a matter of opinion. Consensus only means a generally majority of people feel that way. How many people out of 2,737 have spoken out against me? Less than 100? Consensus? I am still receiving a few emails of agreement.

My intent in regards to Mr Ed was to send one email expressing my dissatisfaction with him getting the forum shut down and naming me to his now infamous list.

He kept replying back begging for additional comment from me. He got a couple replies from me until I got bored and told him in that last email I was shutting him off. He wanted to keep it going like he always does so he posted my emails here and made a comment about my mom to get a response.

He could easily block email addresses as could anyone. He gets off on perpetuating this. This will be my last post having anything to do with this guy who obviously needs attention to fill some void in his life. I can have blocked his email and will ignore any of his future posts here.

84bill: If your going to bring up your past experience with me, give the whole story. You took exception to something I posted during the Fierolisa flame war about 6 weeks back. A flame war you played a large part in causing. You emailed me to whine about my post, I emailed you back telling you to f**k off and not to write me again. You let it drop at that point as did I. The hole story was a simple statement I made in one of your threads that you took offense to. Unfortunatly I can't find it but it does not matter.
