I have to install a new rubber front cradle bushing for someone I am doing work. I am assuming I have to beat or cut out the old sleeve and get the old bushing out, what is the best way to install the new bushing.

Usually people burn them out and the new ones fit in the sleeve that remains afterwards. They just slide in. I'd also use poly and not rubber.

If you are installing new rubber you need to remove the sleeve and all. See the link below. You remove the cradle bushings the same way. There is no reason to burn anything other than to make a mess. A few pipe fittings and a threaded rod with some nuts and washers will do it faster and cleaner.
