I like pop up deadlights in general, I just hate the Fiero's pop up headlights....so I was wondering if I could modify them somehow to look like the pop-ups I do like(IE: the Ford Probe, Mitsu Eclipse, etc) what I hate about Fiero headlights in particular is the way the back edge of the cover lifts up above the hood when they are up, I would rather have some pop-ups from an eclipse or probe so that when all the way up, the back edge of the cover is still even with the hood, just wondering what everyone thought about this...and also just how hard it would be to do...I wouldnt think too hard, but I havent yet messed with the headlights on a Fiero

I'm planning a headlight mod as well. I hate the way the Fieros headlights look. I don't know where the thread is, but Yellowstone on here has one of the best looking headlights in my opinion. I will probably try to model mine towards something like that. I agree though, the covers come up way too high.

the one yellow stone uses are the rx7 lights, all you have to do is mod the buckets to fit the lights in them. i would check ebay for the best price.

Nah, he's got Hella lenses in custom buckets. I think you're thinking of Fieroking and his ebay lights https://www.fiero.nl/forum/Forum2/HTML/071047.html

the projectors do look nice, but the back of the covers still are too high, though I think longer covers would solve the problem nicely

Try my mod using after market projectors for the mid 90's RX7

Low Beams

High Beams

These retract and when they are up you can hardly see the cover.
