Yes. It worked good but needed some tweaking to have better driveability. The intake was cut and a piece of special purpose aluminum wiring conduit was welded in to extend the intake past the distributer. The Fiero throttle body was used by redrilling the flange on the intake and adding a thin aluminum plate so the T/B would have a large enough area to seal against.

As expected, it pulled harder on the top end. At the time, then car had a 4.10 geared 4 speed, so any lost bottom end power was not noticed. Back then, if I would have had access to WinALDL to log data and make corrections to the fuel and timing easier, it would have been a great intake on the 3.4

I was at the junkyard today and found a 3.4 intake on accident. I had thought about trying to do something like cooter did with this one before so I offered the guy 20$ and that worked. So now im gonna play around with it a little bit and see if I can have any success. Wish me luck!

Good Luck! Of the 3 different intakes I used on my 3.4, I like that one the best. More top end than the stock intake and better driveability than the dual throttle body intake. My friend Travis has the modified 3.4 intake and he was going to have it dyno tested to see if it actually made any more power than the stock intake. But then again, he was also going to actually pay me for the intake and he did not do that either. Oh well, life's best lessons are sometimes learned the $$$$ way.
