I find it absurd to think that something has been able to travel this far only because people aren't washing their hands (they would have to still not be washing their hands.) and touching their face.

The coffee shop speculation here is that it is latching onto*something* in our systems that takes years to build up. The children haven't been around long enough to build up a level of whatever that is.

Given the different infection rates in different cultures we are guessing something diet related.

Either that or it was designed to do that to clean out the old farts so the world's governments and mega-corporations can get out of paying pensions.

They want the human impact on Mother Earth to slow down, so little Greta got together with some shady scientist, they make a virus to rid the earth of us pesky humans. Greta says think of the children, we need to save the planet for them. Shady scientist says ok, we target the adults of a certain age and health, wa la, COVID-19 is created, and unleashed on the unsuspecting civilized countries of the world. Panic starts, borders shut, trips canceled, airlines drop routes, economy slows. Greta has won, CO2 footprints shrink, the rain forest grows again, drought has ended, everyone under the age of 30 is ecstatic they have saved the world from those evil boomers, and Bernie comes through it all unscathed and inherits the Whitehouse with the massive youth movement at the poll's.

I think I had cv-19 on jan 27 2020

early adopter or something
no idea from where I could have caught it
I mostly stayed in miami but did a few trips to the west coast of fla
in the 2-3 weeks before I got sick
I did go to a marine swap meet and normal garage sales
no out of country but the house across the street is full of Vietnamese

symptoms bad body aches and pain worse then the flu
fever and chills very bad
bad cough lungs hurt
gut was ok no runs or throw ups but did not want to eat lost about 15 lbs
very low energy just wanted to sit or lie down

major diff from flu was NO running nose NO sore throat at all
all the above close match to reported cv-19 symptoms
minor hick-cups very often only other effect but that maybe just me

I was down for about 10 days and weak for a few weeks after the aches and fever stopped

no tests just stayed at home
wife had very minor symptoms
my two kids who live at home did NOT get sick

recently tryed to get a anti-body test to check if I had cv-19
but NO test available for that in the USA [china has one]
not the live/active virus test that they do have and use here
as I no longer have the bug after over 6 weeks time so no point in the live test
so only the anti-body test was what I wanted to check if I had cv-19

did have recent blood test last week and check up and I am in good general health

posting now as the prospect of enforced Q at a military base is over now
with standard procedure to Q at home what I basically did

In addition to that, I heard a report that if a healthcare professional thinks they may have been exposed to it, they are to quarantine for 2 weeks. It might not take long for a lot of healthcare workers to be sitting on a 2 week wait hoping the next test is still negative.
