So, what that means is that the Aliens intend to intervene, disabling MIRV ICBMs in flight, making useless missile subs, silos in the midwest, the Kamchatka Peninsula.

So, the early UFOs in the '50s just had to deke the unguided missiles of the SaberDogs.
Flying Saucers, technology that appears as magic, so advanced is their technology.
No different than Phoenicians hurling stones in 1000 BC. when the Aliens visited Carthage, landing outside the city, approaching the wall's gate.
