The standards I live by have no relationship to the standards (or possible lack thereof) of artists whose talents I may enjoy experiencing. I don't wish to judge anyone and everyone (nor am I in any position to do so) before I listen to a song or watch a movie or look at a painting.

Learn about grooming, pedophilia, and incest on a monumental scale within the Fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. It's quite an eye-opener. Based on limited research, I'm advised the law at that time allowed 15 year olds to marry and that both Jerry Lee and his child bride lied.
As I previously stated, we obviously have different standards and values.
I know this, if my 13 year old daughter wanted to be with her first (or second) cousin who was a mature adult, there would be someone going to jail, might be me.
I guess you can let your 13 year old do what ever.

It was a British reporter who was lied to about her age.
Her age at the time of their marriage was not below the legal minimum requirement in the state of Mississippi, which is where the ceremony took place.
