The headliner was not salvageable. Joann fabrics has holiday coupons in their App. 50% off the material was only 8.18$ For 1 yard.

Clean the old foam and glue off with 80 grit sandpaper.

Repair the visor mounts with fiberglass material..

2 coats of resin.

2 coats of DAP Weld Wood contact glue on the board and the material. Be careful not to super soak the material.

Carefully lay on the material losley and roll out with a clean roller.

Don't forget to leave enough edge material inn the middle to tuck it in with the sunroof trim.

Got the headliner done and up. The finger prints will relax out with time and heat.

AR digital cruise control. I made a wiring diagram but still need to convert it from PDF to JPG. I will post it later.

I found this on a LS forum. Its for a manual install.

I had to redo my headliner also... I have a T-top---- actually, not to mention as well ---- that I have your car combo almost exact T but with the beachwood interior instead.. but same medium red and gold rims.. that first picture was like looking back in time 😏

Anyway, for the headliner, my foam was crumbly in areas so I taped it all back in place..after, I wrapped all the foam with seran wrap because I was afraid that the fiberglass resin would eat the shape of the foam.. and put divots.. like your "finger prints" you say... Did you have any issues working with the resin and the foam?... I know certain glues eat foam also...?

No problem with the glue. I used DAP Weldwood contact glue.
