All I can find in the original size is Radial T/A's -Also common, gorilla glue and clamps. DO NOT apply clamps directly to vinyl, they will leave an indentation

Recommend replacing cigar lighter socket with new, and fixing radiator fan properly. The 84 SE uses a one-year-only 2 speed fan, can convert to later style 1 speed. Definitely buy an 84 Shop Manual if you haven't already. |

Got the new tires installed, feels like a new car. Diagnosed the brake pull and will have the parts Friday 12/3. Frozen rear caliper and also no anti-rattle clips, so I found the rattle at the same time.
Also found the passenger CV Boot Torn. I guess I need to find one.

  UPDATED LIST:
To Do List: - Passenger CV Boot Torn. Either a boot or shaft to get depending on prices. - Brake Pull Left under braking -- need to bleed brakes first, then decide what to do. Left rear caliper frozen, calipers pads and pads are on the way.
Fixed list: - Interior Lights (dash, overhead, radio) INOP - replaced a blown fuse and rewired the 4th grade science project that was going on behind the fuse panel. - Power Mirrors Cigarette lighter INOP - fixed with wiring repair. - Sticky Door Locks - cleaned and lubed the mechanisms. - New wiper blades installed - Blown front Speakers - replaced with Cerwin Vega 4x10's -- pretty awesome for about $50!!! - Radiator electric fan INOP - hardwired and installed a switch. - Horn - is this a common problem? Yes the fuse is good. Plunger at the wheel was installed wrong. - Idles about 1800rpm until it warms up??? - May be normal, but new to the Fiero. Idles around 1000rpm in neutral once warm. Convinced this is normal after reading on the forums. - Rubber trim around the shifter / center console is popped out on passenger side, looks like multiple attempts have been made to fix it. Gluing Complete. - Cruise Control INOP - Re soldered and wrapped the broken wires in the stalk. Tested Good!. - Engine Light, Code 13, O2 sensor. Advance Auto Parts had anew GM part in stock, installed and problem solved. - *EDIT* - New tires are here, need to be mounted and balanced - Riken Raptor (Michelin) 215/60R14. Mounted / Balanced / Installed. Highest Road force is now 9lbs after force balancing!!! SIDE NOTE - I want to punch people who use fix=a=flat. - *EDIT* - Temp Gauge - Works but reads low ~130 at full temp. I assumed the thermostat was hung open, but boiled it and it starts to open ~190. Seems right. Ignoring for now, I'll know anything above that is a problem.I[This message has been edited by Brivander (edited 12-02-2021).]

  Question...
I have an '88 but my 4X10 speakers are blown, too. I have a new stereo system installed with an amp, but I am looking to replace the speakers in the front and rear. The fronts are 4X10's like yours, but the rear are mounted in the window pillars and I think they are 4X6's Maybe Cerwin Vega makes those, too. Do you have a contact I can call or email on these speakers? Thanks...
BTW, your '84 looks sharp. Here's a photo of my '88 [This message has been edited by eti engineer (edited 12-05-2021).]
