I have a need to create a couple of circular logos or emblems and I need to include some text around the outside of them.
Any downloadable (and safe) programs an old man might be able to figure out how to use? Win10 compatible

I'll need to add curved text to something like the image below, in the white border that's around the red circle interior



(I have Gimp...I never have figured out how to use it )

She creates all of her logos with it.
