Well, Friday the 6th I go in for triple bypass surgery so I'll miss a few days on here

You'll do fine. I did the quad at age 65.
DO, do the cardio rehab afterwards. You won't regret it.

Oh I'll be doing all the cardio rehab I can. It should be a smooth surgery.
