I love the woods / nature around the Yukon... Alaska, around Canada, etc., it's really amazing.
In my last career, I almost took a position that would have had me living in some remote facility with a small group of other people from my organization, with their families, in a small town in Alaska. I wanted to do it so bad, but my wife was like, hell no... j
It's funny, I used to watch some police show that was filmed in Alaska... it was like a COPS type show, and even though they were arresting drunks and whatever else, I was still mesmerized by the background and the scenery.
The view due north from the dock in Tofino, Lone Cone Mtn in the center distance. Simply move to Tofino, a wonderful experience in a remote Pacific Coastal community, the great outdoors, Sasquatch on the mountains, great seafood. Take a ferry to Vancouver Island The truth is, it's usually fogged, like, 99% of the time, so, when it clears, they take photos, these are them, nice, isn't it ?
