HAPPY THANKSGIVING !!

I'm thankful for:

1. My family, My wife, my daughter, my son and all 6 Grandkids.

2. A relatively secure and comfortable retirement doing exactly what I damn well please......or what the wife allows me to do ......

3. My relatively good health

4. The amazing blessings and experiences that God has allowed me in my life so far.

I should be grateful for much, I have been blessed with a wonderful spouse who has stuck with me through thick and thin.
And yet, I wonder............

What if I wasn't, so good looking...............
What if I didn't, have such a pleasant personality.........
What if I wasn't, a higher power's gift to the women of this planet.............
What if I wasn't, so damn self aware of my own limitations (which are few)..............

Then I wake up and remember how blessed I am to have her and the family she's worked tirelessly to support, the children she has blessed me with and the life time experience she helped guide me through. Yeah, I'm thankful for her coming into my life and reminding me that I'm lucky she's a forgiving soul. I'm a long ways from perfect, she knows it and still pretends I walk on water.

There are other things I'm grateful for but, most of all, she is my world.

Rams

I am thankful to GOD.

Listen to the podcast.

I have so much to be thankful for. Even my failures.

Rams, heh, I was getting a scolding from my wife. I told her, "your lucky you have me". I told her, "I have always had to beat women off with a stick. Lucky for you, I ran out of sticks".

I'm thankful I don't drive a pretty yellow Dodge truck. Am thankful my niece and one of the other members of my extended family provided after dinner entertainment today.

Is that a Hemi?

Yuup.

Is that a Ford?

Yuup. Want me to pull ya out?

Amazing how similar our Thanksgiving days looked.

We had 4 pickup trucks, 2 cars and one Ford Expedition but nobody got stuck.

Our respective spreads of food for dinner and desert are almost identical. (I think we had one or two less pies.....)

Thankful for days like this.

We had a pretty even split of vehicles I think, with just a few more trucks. When I got there, I counted 14 vehicles in front and 3 in the back yard.

It's my sister's place and I am not sure exactly what the floor is but I am pretty sure it's that new fangled stuff called lin-o-le-um.

With smaller boards on one end, likely real?
