Did you know that you can be charged with murder if you are commiting a felony which results in the police shooting someone? Did you know if you ever planned a crime with some dead beats, and it gets carried out by those dead beats, (but not by you) you can be charged?
Check it out.

Because TRESPASSING IS NOT A FELONY.

It is becoming more and more apparent that the Left's constant whining about "injustice" is far less about any misapplication of law and far more about the Left's complete ignorance of the law.

B&E IS and enter after breaking is also

so is trying to stop any valid government proceedings by terror or intimidation

both qualify for capital murder charges with a death of anyone caused by anyone with any ties to the crime

actually the laws is so broad the Q shaman guilty plea to several actual felony's could allow every other invader of our capital
to be legally charged with murder from the window crawling chic's death that day

left or right
ignorance of the law
is on both sides
as is an unwillingness to follow the laws

So every protestor in Kenosha should have been charged with murder along with Kyle Rittenhouse?

Every protestor in Minneapolis should have been charged with murder of Calvin Horton?

You only have one view of anybody not left wing. It's obvious and it's tiring.

I have not heard of the law applied that way
but the felony murder laws is so broad it could be stretched to fit that case
the will of the state att is the ONLY LIMIT TO THAT LAW

With a 1 billion population in China and 27 million in Shanghai alone, I suspect the odds of any 'locals' having a face to face with Peng Shuai is about as probable as me seeing Taylor Swift picking up a 5 gal can of hydraulic fluid at the local Tractor Supply.

Why on earth would I "push back" on the Chinese government? It's not my country, it's not my business what they do to their own citizens. Why do you stick your nose where it doesn't belong?

We are not the world's policeman. Stop sticking your nose where it doesn't belong. China is not my country so it's not my fight.

If you are not a communist just say so. I don't think I have called you that.

By the way, wrong. Cultures are different, and some arent good.
But I get the feeling some of us arent talking about the same thing, misunderstandings abound.

I live less than 120 miles from the international border and there are some aspects of Mexican culture that I love, the food, the music, etc. These things flow freely across the border.
However, there are aspects of Mexican culture that I do not want here in my home, the corruption and the violence also flow far too freely across an unguarded border.

Unless and until they clean up their act, the international border will continue to be necessary.

Kumbaya, I'd like to buy the world a Coke and keep it company, but human nature being what it is, a world without international borders is a hot steaming bowl of unicorn mierda.

Plenty of examples out there, and for sure there are multiple cultures in one border, good stuff and bad stuff. I dont mean to generalize and am not saying the borders of a country define the edges of a culture. We could do much worse than Mexico for a border buddie, for sure.

No borders is the Globalist's wet dream. They can shift workers and factories to whoever will accept the lowest pay. No export taxes, no import taxes, no quotas, no pollution controls, just nirvana. Corporate Earth, Inc.

Utopia, lol. Global communism. They won't even have to "accept" the pay, they get what they are given and work what they are told.

In my opinion, even the Communists and Socialists are useful idiots. What the globalists really want is a return to feudalism.

If you slowly introduce elements of Communism and Socialism into a free, democratic republic, you can boil the frog into a fiefdom. All you need are willing eager accomplices like Pelosi and Biden.

International borders will always be necessary. The social, political, economic, agricultural differences (+ quite a few more) will always separate the masses. The haves and have nots, the power brokers versus the pawns. I'd suggest that if someone doesn't like it here, there is most assuredly somewhere that they will find more acceptable for a short time before they finally realize what they've given up.

One thing that has always been true is, if you allow greedy, power hungry people into positions of authority, they will do everything they can get away with to stay there. It's our job to ensure bad government (here) doesn't stick around. 2022 & 2024 can't get here quickly enough.
