Plus the "Foundation" is a giant Tax Dodge for them and MS on steroid to Control everything they touch. NO Multi Billionaire is using a "Foundation" to help people. Is always a reason behind every dime they give and everything they buy thru them. Is going to be interesting to see how they work after the Divorce.
Like Gates and others are buying Farms as fast as possible and not just in the US. You can bet they don't have plans to farm them in the near future. They have Money to Burn and can easily allow the Farms to go fallow for decades or find other ways to convert them to anything they want later. Farms often have different Tax Rates and/or get money from Govrmnt too. In Many places, farms still have same taxes etc even during and after developing them to non-farms for years.
Then add Many things get money from Big Companies and "Foundations" knowing 100% is a Fraud and never work but is a PR stunt and Tax Loss for IRS etc. Like All Solar Road and Hyperloop scams.
