The NDP [New Democratic Party] policy convention is set to take place from April 9-11. According to convention rules, any party member can write a resolution and submit it to their EDA [Electoral District Association] for consideration. All resolutions are submitted to the convention by EDA Presidents upon which they get debated and voted on by all NDP members.
Soon we will all have new reporting in hand to revisit MEM's question.

Canada has already eliminated like half of their military colleges. They had like three if I'm not mistaken, and then eliminated two of them. The only institution left is Royal Military College which consists of one large and one small site (Kingston, and then another which I forget). Wonder what happens to that if they eliminate the military... lol.
It's a shame. Canada at one point produced a lot, was a pretty successful country.
The biggest problem with liberal ideology is that the dumb are manipulated by the devious. You have a swath of stupid people who are driven by forces which seek to destroy and "tear down" successful democracies, and turn them into defenseless and mindless complacent autocracy... or at best an oligarchy. The worst part is that the stupid actually believe the things they push for. How many times have you heard Democrats put money towards failing welfare ideas? Radical leftists hate things like NASA, or military, or anything at all that takes money away from welfare and support institutions.
