Offhand, though, my takeaway is that there was no Balm in Goliad.

His comments aren't about the content of the video, but of the format. The video has 360 degree control that you can manipulate by using the "hand" cursor and moving the video around to look at it from a variety of angles. Effectively, this is a VR YouTube Video...

I had trouble getting the video to look righ on my laptop. Everything was just too fuzzy and blurred to make sense tho the cursor did rotate and tilt the picture as it should, just as it does in Google map earth view.

I've been to Goliad's La Bahia presidio and to Fannin Battleground State Park many times and there is a video at La Bahia that show re-enactment of both the battle, subsequent imprisonment and the executions that are quite clear and very impressive.

Evidently, the San Antonio River that flows near La Bahia was much wider and deeper back in 1836 than it is today, as some of Fannin's men escaped execution by jumping and and swimming to safety. Not much more than a shallow narrow creek nowadays.

Naomi is a very nice human being - her Maker skills are legit, and she is VERY protective of the Maker kids.

I prefer her more "family-friendly" mode...

She wears the skimpy clothes for a reason but you are right, she is firmly in the Maker world. She loves new technology too.
