Why do you think that first woman came forward with allegations against him -

Why now?

Was he about to toss someone under the bus, and they took some $ and paid her? (I’m not saying he is innocent, the timing is just a bit “interesting”)

The Dems need to take the spotlight off of the nursing home deaths.

Precisely

It is interesting to see that in the Left's hierarchy of evils #metoo ranks above negligent homicide of the elderly.

Cuomo has issues everywhere and will go into denial on all of them until the heat gets too hot, then he'll go into hiding then blame Trump.

If Cuomo's going to get whacked, the Dems want it to be for "Inappropriate Behavior", not Murder. Was the woman "prompted" to come forward, or did she just smell blood in the water?

Personally, I think she could tell he was weakened, and knew it was time to come forward. Without 100% support by his party, there is much less downside for her, as Victim #1. Sadly, if a politician has full support of his party, there is a serious risk for a woman to come forward with allegations like these.

Most Dems seemed to be backing off as fast as possible after the fudged Nursing Home numbers came out. Everybody knew there was no defense on that one. Cuomo was going to take a big hit. Fatal in and of itself? Maybe, maybe not.

Now come the "Inappropriate Behavior" allegations. He's in a leaky life raft, and the ladies are throwing him rocks.

Don't know, don't care. NY elected him, he's their problem.
Although, I do find it interesting that two of the most populated and liberal states have their governors in trouble now. Timing is everything (I'm told).

Correction. NYC elected him. Look at a political map, except for the 'Big Five', the state is RED. Yes, he's our problem but hopefully not for long. A few years back, some upstate legislators introduced a bill to form two states( NYMA & upstate) due to demographic and political differences. Unfortunately, we were out numbered as usual.

We had a t-shirt here some years ago. Actually pre Cuomo, but what NYC wanted to do to us regarding " their watershed " was outrageous.

OH THE IRONY !

NY Gov. Cuomo Calls Out D.A. Over 2015 Weinstein Sting

"Gov. Cuomo is directing the state's Attorney General to review how Manhattan D.A. Cyrus Vance, Jr. handled the 2015 sting operation ... where cops wired a model named Ambra Battilana, who claims Weinstein groped her breasts during a business meeting."

The Governor says, "It is of great concern that sexual assault cases have not been pursued with full vigor by our criminal justice system."

I can understand where you're coming from but, it's no different than Biden being elected, he wasn't a lot of voter's choice but, guess what. He's in the White House.
Unfortunately, President Biden is now all of our problem.

They could have circled the wagons for him. At least they did in 2020 and gave him an Emmy.

But someone ordered a Smear Campaign against him for sure. Its easy to do with sexual harassments allegations.

Dems don't easily eat their own. So Cuomo must have a more embarrassing skeleton in his closet than what he is being smeared with. Maybe it has something to do with his pierced nipples or something. Don't know.

My thoughts on Cuomo is that he represents a typical modern democrat politician.
It wasn't to long ago when he himself was saying that we should believe the women when they claim victimhood. BUT now that the person being accused is a democrat,........they are lies.
Typical
At least the Republicans mentioned Due Process, hearings and investigation. No such language from democrats under the me too, and Trump administration.

I remembered that. Not in great detail. Just sort of remembered.

Al Franken himself made it easy when he resigned from the Senate instead of holding out for due process (Senate ethics committee investigation, or something like that) followed by the Senate voting as a body on whether to grant him a reprieve or "de-Senator" him.

I was surprised when he resigned instead of going the "due process" route.

At least, that's how I think about it in retrospect. I think I was surprised . . .

Is this a "practice" run to see if they can use the same allegations against Joe. Beloved Governor, female second, and we all have seen the pictures of Uncle Joe being handsy.

They always throw someone under the bus when done with them and can change horses. Or camels.

The only win as of today with Chlamydia Harris close to top office is that Hillary didn't get the Presidency. And only a fool with a death wish would make her VP.

A guy on internet talk radio coined it. The reason is racially insensitive, regarding some eye brow raising names of Black children, saying if Harris is going to pretend to be African American she needed a new name. But the name fits an alley cat of a female, Harris, who is a stain on humanity.

When the media is told to pull the curtain back on Stumbling Joe, that's when we get Chlamydia. That's going to sting.
