The two mixer blades are counter-rotating, while both hurricanes (in the northern hemisphere) would be spinning counter-clockwise. At the point where they would meet, the winds would be directly opposed to one another. I could see them spawning tornadoes or water spouts, but I can imagine that they might tear each other apart.

It's happened before and it has a name. The Fujiwhara Effect.
