Currently showing on Nat Geographic and streaming elsewhere. It's been around awhile, but well worth seeing.
The casualty numbers are appalling, as are the 'reasons' for the conflict and why different nations joined in.
Many of the problems we still face today were borne of that war.

Looking forward to their treatment of WW2, assuming it follows on Nat Geo..
