If you have a C5 (or are thinking about getting a Corvette) - here is a 2 year review offering my thoughts about the kit offered by A&A Corvette.

I installed and tuned this myself 2 summers ago - here is the review for anyone that may be interested.

Cheers.

Appreciate the videos. You say in your video that you haven't upgraded your exhaust. Is there a reason behind that?
I really miss my long tube headers and H pipe after moving to CA.

Thank you! Regarding exhaust, it is certainly awesome to have a lumpy cam idle and headers BUT.... for a street car, I cant get past how much surface area long tube headers have and even coated they will heat up the engine bay much more than the stock manifolds. I am giving up 25-50 HP, but for now 600 HP for a street car is good enough. Same thing with a cam. It already wants to rev to 7000 RPM with the stock cam - but since the engine is stock I shift at 6450 to hopefully not exceed the rod bolt and cast piston limitations. A cam is going to move the peak torque higher in the RPM band making it want to shift even higher at 7500 which IMO is out of the question.

Thoughts?

OK, since I will never have a 600 HP street car (I'd be delirious if my Fiero could muster 250) what can one DO with that much power on the street?? I'd think you'd burn up sets of tires with alarming rapidity and would lose off the line to cars with good traction, but admittedly I know nothing, nothing about this ...

I was just curious. If your setup works I don't see any reason to start adding more parts.
Thanks again for sharing the videos.
