This guy has his own YouTube channel, and usually releases a new cover every week.
He mostly plays all the instruments, with the occasional guest.

I discovered his channel about 6 months ago when i had this crazy thought that salt and pepas "push it" would sound cool with a guitar. The interwebz did not disappoint. I really like his toto- africa cover as well.
