What I did, cost the restaurant $500 worth of grilled chicken breast. I unplugged the wrong cord at the end of the night, The next day he had to change the marquee to read "sorry no grilled chicken breast".
Then he drove four hours to pick up enough to meet the dinner crowd. He made it very clear that he didn't like losing money or driving for hours. But the thing that angered him the most was the thought of the number of customers who could have been served Salmonella.
